We've been following this story closely and the following does not come as a shock. A story went viral on the Internet, after a fast acting resident noticed a man dumping garbage in their dumpster, then noted details of the car he drove off in. The dumpster was investigated and a pile of voter registration forms were placed inside. To sum the story up, the perpetrator was arrested and worked for the Virginia GOP. The story is escalating, crossing into the boundary of really Creepy Shit.

Colin Small, 31 was paid to register voters, as a supervisor by the Republican Party of Virginia. (I just wanted to establish that again).

 Small simply made a ‘mistake.’

He made a mistake and he’s being charged with it, which we fully support,” said Sean Spicer, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee. The committee paid more than $3 million to state committees to finance the get-out-the-vote operation.

But, he’s made more than one ‘mistake.’

But, then there’s this: Small worked in a ”registration operation in eight swing states financed by the Republican National Committee. Small, of Phoenixville, Pa., and was first hired by Strategic Allied Consulting, a firm that was fired by the party after suspect voter forms surfaced in Florida and other states.”

As reported here, Nathan Sproul was hired by the Romney campaign for a period of five months that began last November and ended in March. But now there’s evidence that the payments continued, only to a different name.  More evidence concludes that Sproul is still operating in 10 states — for the GOP.

And then, more evidence came in showing that Sproul is still hiring for the GOP GOTV campaign in not ten, but thirty states.

Not Larry Sabato reports:

there is a major tie with Strategic Allied Consulting.  Colin Small worked for Strategic until they were fired by the party last month- but after being “fired”, he and his team were immediately rehired under a vendor paid for and supervised by the Republican Party of Virginia, which is why he was running this operation from the GOP Victory Office in Harrisonburg.

The company the GOP feigned to fire, is still working for the GOP — and dumping God knows how many Democratic registration forms.

Republicans, this is your ACORN moment. Embrace it.
