By AnomalyDuring the second Presidential debate Jeremy Epstein asked the first question in the Town Hall setting. Jeremy is a twenty year old college student who asked about getting a job after he graduates. After the debate, Jeremy spoke with both candidates — with Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney even promising the young student a job.
On the 1:25-ish mark (but the full two minute video is worth a watch):
The #GetJeremyAJob hashtag on Twitter opened up job opportunities for Jeremy and perhaps, just maybe, Mr. Epstein read about Sensata workers, who Mitt Romney casually dismisses, not even offering his ear, after requests to speak with him. Outsourcing jobs to China is not equivalent to a job opportunity. At least not for workers here in America.
