FBI Director acknowledges the FBI uses unmanned drones for surveillance on U.S. soil

FBI Director Robert Mueller acknowledged during testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday that the bureau uses unmanned drones for surveillance on U.S. soil, but added that said drone use is done in a "very, very minimal way, and very seldom."
