Dog tries to run for mayor in Texas town, because why not

One Texas man believes his dog can do a good job of eliminating some of the "cat fighting" in local politics, so of course, Dylan Westie's owner, Mark Howard, filed a petition on the Terrier’s behalf to be on the mayoral ballot for the May 5th election in Irving, Texas.
